My Story
Teresa’s work has been shaped by a lifetime of service, leadership, caregiving, and lived experience. As a foster and adoptive parent, caregiver, educator, and community leader, business owner, ordain minister, spiritual guide, facilitator, and global host, she has spent years walking alongside people through growth, change, responsibility, and self Discovery. Rather than separating these experiences, she brings them together in a body of work centered on inner trust, coherence, and helping people develop a deeper relationship with themselves.
